You may not have noticed, but the link in both the RSS-feed as well as in the blog refers to episode 9 rather than 10. For people looking for ep. 10: just changing the number in the link to 10 rather than 9 works.

damn guys, i want to be like you! :D exactly, i want to be a webdesigner / webdeveloper ... how long i must train to be really good? i train over.. 4 years, i think i am very bad webdesginer (ekhm, i didnt make any website yet..), i have bad ideas and i dont have any aesthetic sense :-( damn, i love this job but i think that it isnt my destiny

Really good cast full of useful information. Made me feel a bit more confident that there are actually pros out here without any training at all. And the issue with colour, yeah, I thought it's only me having such a hard time with finding the right colour scheme!

The music on the end is pretty good, any chance to download the whole track?

I just wanted to mention that I've noticed that sometimes the interviewees are to quiet in your podcasts (for example, Dan in this episode.) Perhaps You could put some compression on the whole thing before you post it, to help even out the levels. In addition to that minor observation, I'd like to thank you for your work.
